Translation in the MEGO framework

Translation plays a crucial role in the MEGO framework. The MEGO framework is a way of seeing the greatest commandment.

  • I must translate within myself my own thoughts to understand myself. [Me in MEGO]
  • I must translate the expressions of God to understand God (even as He empowers the translation to make it actually work) [God in MEGO]
  • I must translate the expressions of others to understand them. [Others in MEGO]
  • I must translate what happens in the environment so I can understand the environment. [Environment in MEGO]

So I translate to understand. In understanding I can act with confidence. I translate to be understood so that others can benefit from what I have to offer.

Translation is a primary tool which by reason of use helps us to discern good from evil.

Translation is living and active.
